The Firm’s offices are located in Lagos, Port Harcourt and Abuja. Our legal know-how, and expertise has been developed over the years from advising businesses, foreign investors, financial institutions, governments and public sector bodies.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Junior Lawyer

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties and Responsibilities

• Represent and advocate skillfully for clients in court.
• Draft and review court processes, as well as other legal documents.
• Apply for certified true copies of documents, court dates, etc. and ensure service of processes and compliance with court orders/rules in good time to ensure seamless proceedings in court.
• Conduct legal research and write legal opinions.
• Research and authenticate important case information.
• Make court appearances and offer concrete impute and assistance in case representations.
• Propose corporate legal strategy to promote and ensure positive case outcomes.
• Conduct due diligence and corporate compliance procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications / Experience

• LL.B Degree from a reputable university (with a minimum of 2nd Class Upper).
• Must be called to the Nigerian Bar.
• Post call experience of 5 - 7 years in both corporate law and litigation, and must have worked with reputable firms in these fields.
