Job Title: Business Development Officer

Locations: Edo, Ekiti, Ogun, Ondo, Osun and Oyo

Description 

• A Business Development Officer is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and supporting the growth strategies of an organization. This role involves market research, strategic planning, and sales activities to increase revenue and expand the company's market presence. The Business Development Officer plays a crucial role in driving business growth and achieving the company's objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Market Research and Analysis:

• Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and trends.
• Analyze competitors and market conditions to inform business strategies.
• Evaluate new markets and potential areas for expansion.

Opportunity Identification:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Develop a pipeline of potential clients and business leads.
• Assess the viability and profitability of new business ventures.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Sales and Negotiation:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients and partners.

Strategic Planning:

• Contribute to the development of business development strategies and plans.
• Set and track business development goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with senior management to align business development efforts with company goals.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Monitor and report on business development activities and performance.
• Analyze sales data and market feedback to improve strategies.
• Provide regular updates to management on progress and challenges.

Qualifications

N80,000 - N100,000 monthly.
