We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head of Sales

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • DreamCity Group Regional Office Lagos is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of Sales in the real estate and construction industry.
  • This position requires a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience and the necessary educational qualifications.

Responsibilities
Leadership and Team Management:

  • Lead and manage the sales and business development teams, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure peak performance and achievement of targets.
  • Foster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and a customer-centric approach.
  • Utilize effective leadership skills to inspire and motivate the team towards excellence.

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies, plans, and tactics to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Identify and seize new business opportunities, maintain strong relationships with potential clients, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Continuously assess market needs, trends, and competition, and utilize this information to refine sales strategies.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, generate reports to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure effective lead generation, lead management, and pipeline management processes are in place to maximize sales opportunities and conversion rates.
  • Regularly assess individual and team performance, providing feedback and implementing necessary actions for improvement.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of products and services to clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales within the real estate and construction industry.
  • Relevant educational qualifications in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of performance and target achievement in sales.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse sales team.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Experience in lead generation, lead management, and pipeline management.
  • Passionate, committed, and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
