We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Digital Growth Lead

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Community Engagement:

  • Develop and implement community management strategies that align with the brand vision and increase user engagement across platforms.
  • Oversee the management and growth of community platforms, ensuring a consistent and positive brand experience.
  • Cultivate a strong community presence that leads to an increase in brand loyalty and customer lifetime value.
  • Liaise with the D2C team to ensure community feedback is incorporated into product development and content strategies.
  • Facilitate a feedback loop between the community and the organization to ensure that user needs and preferences are understood and addressed.

Growth Strategy:

  • Develop and execute short-term and long-term growth strategies to scale user acquisition, engagement, and retention across web and social channels.
  • Implement data-driven approaches to identify growth opportunities and optimize the customer journey.
  • Monitor, measure, and report on growth metrics, utilizing insights to steer future strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate growth initiatives into broader marketing campaigns and brand storytelling.

Platform Management:

  • Oversee the management of all digital platforms, including WhatsApp, Instagram, and the Pulse Picks microsite.
  • Ensure platforms are optimized for user engagement, ease of navigation, and seamless integration with social media channels.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track platform performance and implement improvements based on user behavior and feedback.

User Experience:

  • Continuously improve the user experience by analyzing user feedback and behavior.
  • Implement UX/UI best practices to enhance user satisfaction and engagement.
  • Work closely with the product development team to ensure the platform meets theneeds and expectations of the target audience

Performance Optimization:

  • Conduct A/B testing, ROI analysis, and experimental campaign design to maximize yield across various channels.
  • Manage and optimize daily performance of paid acquisition campaigns across multiple channels, including SEM and social media.
  • Enhance web pages by optimizing copy, metadata, internal and external links, and landing pages to improve search performance.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics and Google Webmaster Tools to monitor SEM health and implement necessary adjustments.

Data Analysis and Campaign Management:

  • Work with Data Science/Analytics to develop real-time performance marketing reports and statistical models.
  • Capitalize on popular trends and brainstorm innovative ideas to attract PR and attention from creators.
  • Experiment with new channels to develop promising acquisition campaigns.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools to track community health and derive actionable insights.
  • Creative and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to innovate community engagement tactics in a digital landscape.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with teams across the organization to align community management with overall business goals.
  • Expertise in performance optimization, including A/B testing, ROI analysis, and experimental campaign design.
  • Strong background in data analysis and campaign management, with experience in setting up and managing paid acquisition campaigns.
  • Familiarity with SEO and SEM strategies and tools, including Google Analytics and Google Webmaster Tools.

  • Experience in leveraging community insights to inform product and content decisions, with an emphasis on driving sales through community-building.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders, from community members to executive leadership.

  • Creative and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to innovate community engagement tactics in a dynamic digital landscape.
