Job Description
Our client is seeking the serices of experienced and target-achieving Boutique Managers to take on a crucial role in the group.
The Boutique Manager will mainly be responsible for the sales, profitability and retail operations management duties which include people management, client development and management, and boutique operations management.
The overall responsibilities of this sought-after position are outlined as follows:
Plan, achieve and exceeds boutique sales and profit targets, and other qualitative objectives for the Boutique (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly annual budget and stock status)
Develop boutique business plan to include marketing and promotional strategies that will continue to drive traffic to the store and develop and grow the customer base to ensure achievement of sales and profit targets.
Develop the overall strategies and initiatives for boutique operations and management to ensure the achievement of targets and objectives.
Overseeing day-to-day operations of the boutique and resolving customer and operational issues
Performs boutique daily operations including opening and closing procedures, inventory, and accounting functions.
Training boutique staff on customer service and selling techniques the guarantees superior customer experience.
Preparing various analyses on the sales and profit figures and forecast, market environment, and competitor’s information to aid management reviews and decisions.
Monitoring the effective implementation of the retail operations manual, aw well as enforcing the company policies and guidelines
Monitoring and always maintaining the highest standard of housekeeping on and off the sales floor and in compliance with the company’s guidelines.
Monitoring sales team performance and coaching the store team to identify sales opportunities, managing customer services and operations standards proactively.
Identifying for recruitment and developing high-potential staff to build a future talent pool for the Company.
Motivating, driving, informing, and actively coordinating retail teams to build team spirit and a positive working environment.
Uphold excellent quality with efficient and friendly high standard of customer service delivery.
Train and discipline the staff to reflect brand image, business strategy and meet sales goals.
CRM / Clientele Development and Management for effective follow up.
Requirements
The successful candidate must:
M.Sc., B.Sc / HND in Social Sciences or related fields is a plus.
Must live within Lekki, Victoria Island, Ikoyi, Central Lagos, etc.
5+ years of relevant working experience with at least 3 years at managerial level in a luxury good or high-end fashion Company
Target-oriented and client focus
Understands how to deal with the needs of high-end retail stakeholders.
Must be able to work independently and be able to prioritize effectively.
Strategic thinker, well-organized and able to work under target pressured environment.
Capability to drive for results and deliver excellence.
Analytical, understands balance sheet and profitability management.
Strong leadership and management skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about working in luxury fashion industry.
Excellent command of both spoken and written English with strong communication and interpersonal skills as well deliver good presentations.
Team leadership and business management experience
Passionate performer achieving targets and welcomes opportunities for high rewarding stretched targets.
Savvy and creative business mind
Be young, well-spoken & friendly.
Below 40 years
Understanding of the retail sales process
Familiarity with consumer behavior principles.
