Job Title: CFO Executive Secretary

Job Summary
The CFO Executive Secretary will play a pivotal role in providing high-level administrative support to the Group CFO.
This position requires strong analytical skills, experience in investment banking, and proficiency in Office 365 and Adobe.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Group CFO, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
Financial Analysis and Reporting:
Assist in preparing financial reports, analysis, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Conduct detailed financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and investment opportunities.
Investment Banking Support:
Utilize previous experience in investment banking to support financial planning, mergers, acquisitions, and other investment activities.
Assist in the evaluation of investment proposals and preparation of due diligence reports.
Office Management:
Ensure the smooth operation of the CFO’s office, managing logistics, and coordinating with other departments as necessary.
Maintain and organize confidential files and records.
Technical Proficiency:
Demonstrate advanced skills in Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and Adobe software.
Prepare complex Excel models, financial forecasts, and comprehensive PowerPoint presentations.
Communication and Coordination:
Facilitate effective communication between the Group CFO and internal/external stakeholders.
Coordinate with various departments to gather information, prepare reports, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Project Management:
Manage special projects as assigned by the Group CFO, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
Track progress and provide regular updates on project status.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in an executive support role, with a strong background in investment banking in Nigeria.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and Adobe software.
Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
