As the Project Coordinator/Education Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of our school's curriculum, educational programs, and overall operational framework. You will collaborate with a team of passionate educators to ensure our school delivers an exceptional learning experience for our students.
Job Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Develop a comprehensive plan for the successful establishment and operation of the school, including curriculum development, staff recruitment, facilities setup, and administrative procedures.
Curriculum Development: Design an innovative and engaging curriculum that aligns with national educational standards and reflects best practices in early childhood and primary education.
Project Coordination: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of various school projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Staff Training and Development: Provide guidance and support to our teaching and administrative staff, including training sessions, workshops, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
Resource Management: Oversee the procurement of educational materials, equipment, and resources necessary for the smooth functioning of the school.
Quality Assurance: Implement systems for monitoring and evaluating the quality of teaching, learning, and overall school operations, and recommend improvements as needed.
Community Engagement: Foster positive relationships with parents, guardians, and the local community to promote collaboration and support for the school's mission and objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Education, or a related field. A Master's degree is an added advantage.
3+ years relevant work experience.
A deep passion for education and a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Proven experience in educational consultancy, with a focus on early childhood and primary education.
Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development and implementation.
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative and forward-thinking approach to education, with the ability to introduce new ideas and practices.
In-depth knowledge of Nigerian educational policies, curriculum frameworks, and accreditation standards.
Strong organizational and project management skills
A passion for innovation and a commitment to providing exceptional educational experiences
Enthusiasm for working with children and a dedication to their success
Excellent organizational, project management skills and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
