• We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager/Marketer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media trends, content creation, and digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company’s marketing goals and objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify current trends and audience preferences.
• Create a content calendar and plan the distribution of content across various social
• Produce engaging, high-quality content (text, image, and video) for social media channels.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to create compelling visual content.
• Write copy for social media posts, ensuring it aligns with the brand’s voice and messaging.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media platforms.
• Foster a positive community and manage online interactions with followers.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising campaigns.
• Track campaign performance and analyze metrics to measure success.
• Optimize campaigns based on performance data to maximize ROI.
• Use analytics tools to monitor social media performance and generate regular reports.
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable insights.
• Stay updated with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure social media efforts are integrated with broader marketing strategies.
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., sales, customer service) to align social media activities with overall company goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1 - 4 years work experience.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
• Experience with social media management tools.
• Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
• Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Creative mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
