Prince Abubakar Audu University (PAAU), Anyigba (formerly known as Kogi State University, Anyigba) is the state-owned University of Kogi, Nigeria. It was established in 1999 by Prince Abubakar Audu, the former governor of the State. At the time of its establishment, it was known as Kogi State University, It was named Prince Abubakar Audu University (PAAU) in 2002. The University has 52 programmes with full National Universities Commission (NUC) and professional accreditations.

Job Description
We require candidates with the following Areas of Specialization:

• Urban and Environmental Forestry
• Wood Science
• Wildlife Ecology & Management
• Forest Inventory / Biometrics
• Forest Ecology and Conservation
• Forest Economics
• Forest Biology and Silviculture
• Wildlife Management.

Qualifications & Experiences

• A Ph.D holder with a minimum of ten years teaching experience at University level; Postgraduate supervision at Ph.D or equivalent level.
• Considerable background of research with a minimum of 24 publications, high impact journals, 8 of which may be edited conference proceedings.
