Job Description

• We are seeking an intern eager to embark on a journey of mastery towards their career in business development, encompassing lead generation, up-selling, and cold emailing as a sales strategy, as well as client retention and management.

• Throughout your internship, you will gain valuable insights into cutting-edge tech tools and proven methodologies for identifying and securing top-tier talent.

Requirements

• A Corp Member looking for PPA in Lagos (Proceeding to camp or freshly out of camp)
• Must reside in Lagos, Nigeria.
• Must be able to come into the office twice a week.
• Any smart person looking to start in a new career space.
• Willing to commit hours a day to learning, researching, and practising.
• Have an entrepreneurial mindset, not an employee mindset.
• Have a result-oriented mindset.
• Have the ability to work in a fast-paced and flexible environment with an open mind.

Must have:

• A LinkedIn account
• Valid means of Identification

Conditions:

• You own or have access to a laptop and good internet
• We work mostly Mon - Fri. However, as work demands, we put in the hours (sometimes Saturday).
• That you hold NO conflicting 9–5 currently.
• Openness to learn. You will be exposed to a lot of functions if you are successful, with unrestricted access to the knowledge pool in this industry. How far you progress is limited by how much you can deal with and how fast you learn, unlearn, and relearn.

Salary / Benefits

• Training & Development: Business Development, Cold Calling/Emailing, Lead Generation and Prospecting, Up-selling, Boolean Search Mastery, LinkedIn Sourcing, Tech Recruiting, GitHub Sourcing, Email Sourcing, Sales and Selling Techniques, and Mentorship.
• 30k monthly stipend
• Upon confirmation, access to the company's full HMO coverage for all health, wellness, and fitness benefits will be granted.
• A progression track to Partnership within the tribe.
