Job Description

• Open and maintain cleanliness of the store daily to ensure a welcoming and organized ambiance while ensuring the store meets company standards for cleanliness and organization.
• Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Attend customers' inquiries, provide product information and assist with purchase decisions.
• Repackage and rearrange products as needed to maintain a tidy and organized display.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls using the company's phone line, addressing customer queries and concerns.
• Collect customers' details using company phones.
• Provide updates on new products, promotions and offers to customers through WhatsApp.
• Implement sales strategies to boost sales and meet weekly targets.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to customers to maximize sales opportunities
• Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Monitor product availability and inform customers of product status.
• Coordinate with other sales representatives in other locations to confirm product availability.
• Handle payment transactions for products, including bank transfers, cash or POS systems
• Reach out to the finance department to confirm payment transactions and resolve any discrepancies.
• Report daily sales performance and any store-related issues to the supervisor.
• Communicate customer complaints, feedback and suggestions to the manager or supervisor promptly.
• Identify and implement strategies to boost sales, increase customer retention, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team to develop effective sales plans and promotions.
• Uphold company values and standards of service excellence in daily operations.
• Carry out other tasks assigned in respect to your job role and the business need.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions and competitors to adjust sales tactics accordingly.

Salary
N50,000 - N70,000 / month.
