Job Title: Sales Executive (Investment & POF)

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling financial products and services to potential clients.
  • This role involves identifying customer needs, recommending suitable financial solutions, and building long-term relationships with clients.
  • The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of financial products, excellent sales skills, and a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand clients' financial goals and objectives.
  • Recommend appropriate financial products and services
  • Present and explain product features, benefits, and terms to clients in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients regarding their financial products and services.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor products, and industry developments.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements in all sales activities.
  • Share knowledge and best practices with team members to contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products and services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to sales.
  • Resides in Lagos
