Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facility Manager with a background in Estate Management to join our team.
This role presents an exciting opportunity for a professional who is passionate about optimizing facility operations and ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
As a Facility Manager specializing in Estate Management at Naya edwin solutions, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the strategic and day-to-day operations of our facilities.
You will be responsible for managing and maintaining the physical assets of the organization, ensuring a safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing environment for employees, visitors, and stakeholders. We need someone who has managed residential Estate previously.
Key Responsibilities
Property and Asset Management:
Effectively manage and maintain company-owned or leased properties.
Conduct regular inspections to assess the condition of assets and recommend necessary repairs or improvements.
Develop and implement asset management plans to maximize the lifespan and value of properties.
Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement long-term facility plans aligned with organizational goals.
Provide input on real estate decisions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and lease negotiations.
Maintenance and Operations:
Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure the reliability and functionality of all facility systems.
Manage service contracts and relationships with vendors to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
Budget performance and propose adjustments as needed.
Tenant and Stakeholder Relations:
Cultivate positive relationships with tenants, occupants, and stakeholders.
Address concerns and requests promptly, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
Safety:
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to facility management.
Implement and maintain safety protocols and emergency preparedness plans.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage the facility budget, ensuring cost-effective operations and adherence to financial targets.
Provide regular reports of operations
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Estate Management / Facility Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in facility management, with a focus on estate management.
Strong understanding of property law, leasing agreements, and real estate transactions.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Knowledge of building systems, maintenance best practices, and safety regulations.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary
N120,000 monthly
