Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative and strategic Digital Marketing Specialist / Social Media Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our brand, products, and services. This role will enhance our online presence, engage with our audience, and drive conversions through various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing:

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and display advertising campaigns.
• Manage and optimize company websites, ensuring content is up-to-date, engaging, and SEO-friendly.
• Analyze and report on key performance metrics for digital campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices, making recommendations to enhance our digital marketing efforts.
• Coordinate with content creators to produce high-quality marketing materials such as blogs, newsletters, and promotional videos.

Social Media Management:

• Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across all social media platforms.
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth.
• Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries and feedback, responding promptly and professionally.
• Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies as needed to meet campaign goals.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing social media posts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO tools.
• Experience with social media management platforms
• Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in graphic design or video editing.
• Knowledge website management tools .
• Experience in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook ads, Instagram, TikTok or related digital marketing fields.
• Experience email marketing software.
