Runoclean Service Limited is an indigenoeous commercial cleaning company with offices at Asaba, Delta State and Lekki, Lagos State.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operations Officer

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Operations Officer plays a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficient and high-quality services. This position requires a candidate with strong organizational and leadership skills, as well as a deep understanding of the cleaning industry.

Responsibilities
Supervision and Leadership:

• Lead and supervise cleaning staff and other team members, ensuring they adhere to company policies and standards.
• Motivate and train team members to maintain high levels of productivity and professionalism.

Operations Management:

• Plan and schedule production and cleaning operations to meetrequirements and deadlines.
• Coordinate with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and address any concerns.
• Coordinate and ensure operations excellence in sales operations, administrative activities, quality assurance, etc.

Quality Control:

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure that the services meet or exceed quality standards.
• Implement corrective actions and improvements based on feedback and performance evaluations.

Inventory and Supplies Management:

• Oversee the inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure availability and prevent shortages.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement of materials.

Safety Compliance:

• Enforce safety protocols and guidelines to create a safe working environment.
• Conduct safety training sessions for runoclean staff.

Client Relations:

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication and problem-solving.
• Address client concerns promptly and work towards their satisfaction.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Prepare and submit operational reports on a regular basis.
• Maintain accurate records of all operations, cleaning schedules, staff attendance, and client feedback.

Budget Management:

• Assist in the development and management of operational budgets.
• Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum of HND/BSc degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Industrial Chemistry or any related field.
• Proven experience in the cleaning industry.
• Must be Target-driven.
• Possess great leadership, coordinating, problem solving, organizing, and quality assurance skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
