Overview

• The Centre for Clinical Care and Clinical Research (CCCRN) is seeking proposals from qualified consultants or organizations to develop an innovative e-learning learning academy aimed at building capacity for staff and healthcare workers in supported health facilities.
• This platform will provide comprehensive training and professional development resources to enhance skills, improve service delivery, and promote continuous learning.

Project Scope
The selected consultant or organization will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing the CCCRN e-Academy, which will include:

• Interactive training modules and courses tailored to various roles within the healthcare sector.
• Access to a wide range of resources, including webinars, articles, and case studies.
• A user-friendly interface that is accessible on both desktop and mobile devices.
• Tools for tracking progress, assessments, and certifications.
• Features to facilitate peer networking and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a needs assessment to identify specific training requirements for CCCRN staff and healthcare workers.
• Develop a comprehensive project plan and timeline.
• Design and develop the e-academy with engaging and interactive content.
• Test the platform to ensure functionality, user experience, and security.
• Provide training and support for end-users.
• Implement feedback mechanisms for continuous improvement.

Eligibility Criteria

• Proven experience in developing online learning platforms or e-learning solutions.
• Strong understanding of healthcare education and training needs.
• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse stakeholders and incorporate user feedback.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Ability to deliver the project within the specified timeline and budget. Hypothetical scenarios of 500,1000 and 1500 trainees.
