Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. The Sales Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in optimising our sales processes, maximising efficiency, and driving revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations, exceptional analytical abilities, and a passion for driving results.
Sales Process Optimization:
Analyze and optimize the end-to-end sales process to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of sales processes with other business functions.
Sales Performance Analysis:
Develop and maintain comprehensive sales performance metrics and reports.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
Provide insights and recommendations to sales leadership to drive informed decision-making and strategy development.
Sales Enablement:
Develop and implement sales enablement initiatives to empower the sales team with the tools, resources, and training necessary to succeed.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales collateral, presentations, and other materials to support the sales process.
Ensure effective onboarding and ongoing training for sales team members.
Sales Forecasting and Planning:
Lead the sales forecasting process, working closely with sales leadership to develop accurate and achievable sales forecasts.
Monitor sales performance against targets and proactively identify areas for improvement or adjustment.
Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities to achieve sales goals.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree added advantage)
Proven experience in Transportation and Logistics.
Proven experience in sales operations or a related role, preferably in the SaaS industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and optimize sales workflows.
Proficiency in sales technology tools, such as CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), sales analytics platforms, and sales automation tools.
Strategic mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives.
Salary and Benefits
N100,000 - N150,000 / Month commensurate with experience.
