Job Description

• We are looking for a talented and experienced Content Creator/Television Producer and film maker to join our creative team and help us bring our vision to life.
• As an Experienced Creator, you will be responsible for developing and producing engaging content for our platforms. You will work closely with our company executives to ensure that all content captivates our targetaudience andaligns with their needs, interests and trends, while meetingthe highest standards of quality and creativity.

Key Responsibilities
Content Development:

• Generate innovative ideas for content, including show development, scripts,articles, videos, podcasts, social media posts, and more.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and audience preferences.
• Develop compelling concepts, outlines, and scripts.

Content Production:

• Create high-quality content that engages and resonates with our target audience.
• Use various content creation tools and software to produce and edit videos, graphics, and other multimedia content.
• Field production
• Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and adheres to best practices.

Content Strategy:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute content strategies that align with our business goals.
• Analyze content performance and make data-driven decisions to improve engagement and reach.
• Maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent content delivery.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with team leads and target audienceto understand vision, directionto produce cohesive and engaging content.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
• Provide feedback

Brand Consistency:

• Great with content and brand design. Aesthetically pleasing designs, great with using colours.
• Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand voice and style guidelines.
• Maintain high standards of quality and creativity across all content formats.
• Conduct thorough reviews and revisions of content before publication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in content creation, preferably in a digital, Tv, Filmmedia environment.
• Proven track record of producing successful video anddigital content.
• Experience in working with teenagers, tweens and kids and understanding their preferences and thought patterns
• Strong writing, filming,editing, storytelling, designand coordinating skills.
• Proficiency in using content creation tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate unique and engaging content ideas.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work on multiple projects seamlessly

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 / month.
