The Operations Compliance & Efficiency Manager is a pivotal role within our restaurant chain, overseeing the operations and compliance of multiple outlets across our locations.
This individual is tasked with ensuring the highest standards of operational excellence, compliance, and profitability while also spearheading efforts to revitalize underperforming outlets.
They possess a strong business acumen, exceptional compliance mindset, and a proactive approach to enhancing operations and maximizing potential.
Responsibilities
Operational Oversight: Lead efforts to enforce operational standards and compliance across all outlets, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular evaluations of outlet performance, analyzing key metrics and identifying areas for improvement to maximize efficiency and profitability.
Outlet Visitation: Travel between outlets to evaluate performance firsthand, providing guidance and support to outlet managers and staff.
Strategic Allocation: Allocate resources and time based on outlet performance, prioritizing interventions for outlets experiencing challenges or underperformance.
Performance Improvement: Implement strategies to improve operations and profitability at underperforming outlets, including staffing adjustments, process improvements, and marketing initiatives.
Compliance Enforcement: Ensure that all outlets maintain compliance with food safety regulations, labor laws, and operational standards, taking corrective action as necessary.
Marketing Consideration: Evaluate marketing needs and opportunities at each outlet, collaborating with marketing teams to implement effective strategies to attract and retain customers.
Efficiency Enhancement: Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and operational enhancements across all areas of the business, including staffing, customer service, and power consumption.
Staff Training and Development: Provide guidance and training to outlet staff to enhance skills, improve performance, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Reporting and Communication: Regularly communicate with senior management to provide updates on outlet performance, compliance issues, and strategic initiatives.
