We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Personal Assistant

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Overall, a personal assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the efficiency and productivity of their employer, requiring a combination of administrative skills, discretion, and interpersonal abilities.
  • A personal assistant (PA) provides administrative support and assistance to an individual or a group of individuals, typically executives, entrepreneurs, or high-profile individuals.
  • The role involves managing schedules, handling correspondence, organizing meetings and events, and performing various tasks to help streamline the day-to-day activities of the employer.

Responsibilities

  • Managing schedules and appointments.
  • Handling correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
  • Organizing meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
  • Preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Conducting research and gathering information as needed.
  • Handling personal errands and tasks, such as shopping or making reservations.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and discretion in all matters.
  • Providing general administrative support as required.

Requirements
Education:

  • HND or B.Sc in any related field.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or support role is beneficial for personal assistant positions. Candidates with experience in office administration, executive assistance, or customer service may have an advantage. Additionally, familiarity with specific industries or sectors relevant to the employer's work can be advantageous.

Skills:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
