About the job

• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager with a background in pharma sales to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will have a passion for project management and a proven track record in the pharmaceutical industry.
• This role will focus on key tasks such as manufacturer onboarding, distributor identification, and managing a field account management team to onboard pharma retailers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard pharmaceutical manufacturers onto the OmniRetail platform.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Act as the primary point of contact for manufacturers, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
• Identify potential pharmaceutical distributors and onboard them to the OmniRetail network.
• Establish and nurture relationships with distributors, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process.
• Led and manage a team of field account managers responsible for finding and onboarding pharma retailers, including pharmacies and patent medicine retailers.
• Provide guidance, support, and training to the team to ensure they achieve their targets and deliver exceptional results.
• Serve as the face of OmniRetail in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Represent OmniRetail at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote our platform and build strong industry connections.
• Work closely with legal and regulatory agencies to ensure all activities comply with industry regulations and standards.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure the company's practices are aligned with current regulations.
• Develop and manage project plans, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in the pharmaceutical industry, with a background in sales and a passion for project management.
• Strong understanding of the pharma market, including manufacturer and distributor dynamics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
