Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Tech Product Growth Manager to lead our business development efforts and drive growth in our company.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tech products marketing, sales and strategy development/deployment, coupled with exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record in developing successful business strategies.
Additionally, this role will involve the alignment of creative media and digital/AI marketing team's strategy with the company's business goals and overall strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development Strategy:
Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share within the Tech ecosystem.
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and alliances to strengthen the company's position in the market.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive threats. Client
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners to understand their business needs and requirements.
Collaborate with clients to develop customized tech based solutions that address their specific challenges and objectives.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance and support throughout the sales process.
Team Leadership and Management:
Lead and manage the business development team, providing direction, guidance, and support to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for professional development and growth.
Media and Digital Marketing Alignment:
Collaborate with the media and digital marketing team to align their strategy with the company's business goals and overall strategy.
Provide guidance and direction to ensure that marketing initiatives are effectively integrated with business development efforts.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
Work closely with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives that support the company's long-term growth objectives.
Identify and prioritize key areas of focus and investment to drive business success and achieve competitive advantage.
Monitor market dynamics, industry trends, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decision-making and planning
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Information Technology, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience in tech product sales, SAAS, tech sales engineering, bank, etc.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex business challenges and develop innovative solutions.
Demonstrated track record of building and maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and tools is an asset.
