We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Preparation of Profit and Loss statement
• Preparation of financial and Expenditure statement
• Conducting market research and analysis to identify potential clients and partners
• Preparing and presenting bids and proposals to win new projects and contracts
• Negotiating and agreeing on contract terms and conditions with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders
• Managing the financial aspects of projects, such as budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and reporting
• Monitoring and evaluating the performance and progress of projects and contracts
• Ensuring compliance with local and federal regulations, policies, and standards
• Resolving any issues or disputes that may arise during the project lifecycle
• Preparation of Bill of Quantities/Labor and material schedule
• Project Valuation and payment advice
• Contract Administration, monitoring and Control
• Any other duties as may be assigned.

Academic Reqiurements

• Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc / B.Eng Degrees in Estate Management / Quantity Surveying / Geography and Regional Planning and other related fields
• 5 - 8 years relevant work experience in the field.

Skills and Competencies:

• Ability to explain complex information clearly
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Attention to details and thoroughness when reviewing unsafe situations
• Familiarity with safety software and data analysis tool.
• Willingness to develop an in-depth understanding of the business and related services.

Salary Budget
N300,000 Gross Monthly.
