Second Wife Restaurant and Culinary Services is a premier dining destination, offering an extensive menu of delicious breakfast, dinner, and lunch options. Our restaurant is equipped with a range of services, includingin-restaurant meals, home and office deliveries,contract catering service for meetings, training, conferences, and various events of up to 1,000 people per day and a furnished event hall with a capacity of 50 - 200 people.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Location: Konduga LGA, Borno
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring a seamless and high-quality customer experience.
• Manage and coordinate the use of our training hall, including scheduling and logistics.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Supervise and train restaurant staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and prompt resolution.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage the ordering of supplies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multi-taskand work effectively under pressure.
• Familiarity with financial management and budgeting.
