As the Programs Manager at Cerebral Coach, you will play a pivotal role in the development, implementation, and evaluation of our diverse range of therapeutic programs and services.
You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team of therapists, counselors, coaches, and support staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality, client-centered care that aligns with our organizational mission and values.

Key Responsibilities
Program Development: Lead the conceptualization, design, and implementation of new therapeutic programs and initiatives to meet the evolving needs of our clients and community.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic plans for program growth, expansion, and sustainability.
Project Management: Oversee all aspects of program management, including budgeting, resource allocation, timeline management, and stakeholder coordination.
Team Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to program staff, including therapists, counselors, facilitators, and administrative support personnel, connecting and matching clients to therapists to ensure effective program delivery and outcomes.
Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain quality assurance standards, policies, and procedures to ensure the delivery of evidence-based, culturally responsive, and ethical services.
Collaboration and Partnerships: Cultivate partnerships and collaborations with external stakeholders, including healthcare providers, community organizations, and funding agencies, to enhance program effectiveness and reach.
Data Collection and Evaluation: Implement systems for program monitoring, data collection, and evaluation to measure program outcomes, effectiveness, and impact on client well-being.
Training and Development: organize training, supervision, and professional development opportunities for program staff to enhance their clinical skills, cultural competence, and programmatic expertise.
Community Engagement: Represent Cerebral Coach at community events, conferences, and meetings to raise awareness of our programs and services and build relationships with key stakeholders.
Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and reporting obligations for program funding sources.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Management, Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Public Health, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in program management, preferably in a mental health or healthcare setting.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of effectively managing teams and leading projects to successful outcomes.
Strong understanding of evidence-based practices in mental health treatment and program development.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in project management software, Microsoft Office suite.
Commitment to cultural competence, diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of program development and service delivery.
