Ladkem Eye Hospital (A Subsidiary of Ladkem Nigeria Limited with CAC Registration No – RC: 116348) is a specialist hospital, fully registered with Lagos State Private Hospital Registration Authority with Registration Number: LSPHRA/VIII/99/12. The Hospital was founded on the basis of total quality management in eye care delivery services and has been providing excellent eye care services delivery to Nigerians and Foreigners alike since its inception over twenty years ago.

As one of the health care providers under the National Health Insurance Scheme, we provide secondary health care services in the area of Ophthalmology And Optometry and currently have service provision agreements with some Health Maintenance Organizations (HMO’s).

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Requirements

• Must possess a basic qualification (OND, HND, B.Sc, etc.) in relevant field like: Administration, Mass Communication, Marketing, Accountancy, Computer Science, Science /Health courses etc.;
• Membership of professional body (CIA, ICAN, nimn etc) will be an added advantage;
• Must be computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite;
• Must support executives (COO and Director of Administration) with administrative and other clerical tasks;
• Must be proficient in data entry and management of database;
• Must generate electronic copies of case notes and upload into the Electronic Medical Record;
• Must be fluent in English language, and have customer management relationship skilland communication skills;
• Must be able to prepare a report;
• Previous experience in the healthcare sector or health maintenance organization will be an added advantage;
• Must be resident in Surulere or its environs.
