Position Overview

• We are seeking a talented UI/UX and Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team.
• In this role, you will be responsible for creating intuitive user interfaces, designing engaging graphics, and ensuring a seamless user experience across all our digital platforms.
• You will also lead various design projects, including social media content, banner ads, GIFs, signage, emails, posters, infographics, presentations, reports, swag, collateral, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• UI/UX Design: Develop user-centered designs for digital products, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
• Creative Concept Development: Support the design and marketing team in ideating and executing creative concepts for emails, collateral, signage, digital marketing, communication materials, banner ads, social media content, experiential events, and campaigns.
• Brand Consistency: Develop concepts that drive brand affinity and support business objectives while adhering to brand guidelines, including colors, typefaces, photography, and graphic styles.
• Project Ownership: Take ownership of projects, manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and accommodate quick turnarounds, including coordinating work with outside agencies and contract workers as needed.
• Design Adherence: Ensure all work aligns with our company’s voice and visual style.
• Collaboration and Communication: Utilize project management software effectively and communicate clearly with project managers and stakeholders.
• End-to-End Project Management: Lead projects from conception through delivery.
• Customer Data Utilization: Learn testing methodologies and translate customer data into effective creative concepts and design practices.
• User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate designs.
• Developer Collaboration: Work closely with developers to implement designs and ensure pixel-perfect execution.
• Industry Trends: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design and graphics.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Digital Design, Advertising Design, Communication and Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience: 3+ years as a professional Graphic/Digital/Visual designer, with digital and print experience preferred, including 1-3 years of UI/UX design experience.
• Portfolio: A strong online portfolio showcasing creative design solutions and user-centric product designs.
• Software Proficiency:
• - Required: Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma
• - Preferred: Adobe XD, Sketch, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Rush, Jitter or similar animation/GIF creation software
• Communication Skills: Ability to verbally articulate visual ideas and sketch them if necessary.
• Design Fundamentals: Exceptional capability with typography and compositional layout, and the ability to articulate a clear and concise creative vision.
