Job Title: Visa / Customer Relations Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries and provide information to clients regarding visa requirements, processes, and application procedures.
• Process visa applications accurately and efficiently, ensuring all required documents are submitted and in compliance with relevant regulations.
• Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and documentation for visa applications.
• Liaise with embassies, and other relevant authorities to track visa application statuses and obtain updates on behalf of clients.
• Maintain accurate records of visa applications, payments, and correspondence with clients.
• Provide assistance and support to clients throughout the visa application process, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
• Handle customer complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of the client.
• Keep abreast of changes in visa regulations and procedures, updating clients accordingly to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline visa processes and improve customer service delivery.
• Prepare and submit reports on visa application statistics, processing times, and client feedback.

Requirements and Skills

• Suitable applicants must be residents in Lagos.
• Applicants must be between the ages of 22-35 years old.
• Applicants must be in good health.
• Applicants must be able to work both remotely and in the office.
• Applicants must possess a personal laptop.
• Knowledge of visa regulations and procedures is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and authorities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively.
