Job Title: Social Media Manager / Digital Marketer

Location: Ijaiye, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary
We're looking for an experienced and highly proficient social media manager and digital marketer to manage all our social media platforms and promote our event center located in Ijaiye, Lagos, Nigeria.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and managing all our social media channels, overseeing all digital marketing campaigns, and working with the team to develop and implement innovative digital strategies to increase market share and promote the event center.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department, including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
• Develop social media campaigns and define their KPIs.
• Update and create engaging content across various social media channels.
• Engage with followers and customers.
• Resolve customer queries.
• Analyze campaign data and web traffic metrics.
• Communicate with stakeholders and senior management.
• Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
• Plan and manage our social media platforms.
• Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
• Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
• Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
• Work with the team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
• Overseeing and managing all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in social media management and digital marketing.
• A HND or BSc.

Preferred Qualification

• Professional certification in digital marketing, social media management or event management.
• Experience in promoting a hospitality,tourism, or entertainment business.

Work schedule: Monday - Friday: 9a.m - 5p.m
