Job Title: Laundry Operator

Job Description

• Operate laundry machinery including washers, dryers, and ironing machines.
• Sort, fold, and package laundered items according to company standards.
• Inspect garments for stains, tears, or other damage before laundering.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines for handling chemicals and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area.
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Adhere to laundry schedules and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on laundry equipment.
• Report any malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly.
• Handle customer inquiries and requests professionally.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and hygiene standards.

Requirements

•  High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a laundry or hospitality environment preferred but not required. On-the-job training may be provided.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
• May require a background check depending on the employer's policies.
