Job Description

• As the Office Assistant / Cleaner, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support the smooth operation of our office and maintain cleanliness in our facilities.
• Your role will involve both administrative duties and cleaning tasks, ensuring that our workplace remains organized, welcoming, and hygienic.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and assist them with inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel or department.
• Answer phone calls, take messages, and relay information to relevant staff members.
• Assist with sorting and distributing incoming mail and packages.
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
• Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing documents as directed.
• Support administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and filing.
• Clean and sanitize office desks, tables, chairs, and other furniture surfaces.
• Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and empty trash bins in office areas.
• Clean and disinfect kitchen and restroom facilities, including sinks, countertops, toilets, and fixtures.
• Refill soap dispensers, paper towel holders, and toilet paper dispensers as needed.
• Ensure that cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines to maintain a hygienic and safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a High School Diploma or equivalent with 2 - 5 years relevant work experience.
• Previous experience in office assistance/cleaning roles is preferred.
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Physical stamina and the ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and bending.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.

Salary
N50,000 Monthly.
