Job Overview

• We are looking for an inspirational, dynamic, and passionate Headteacher to lead the team at Praxis Future Academy.
• We require a forward-thinking outstanding and suitably experienced educator who will share our common passion for teaching and learning; developing the right value system, and improving provision and outcomes for children.

Requirements
A successful applicant would need to:

• Be an excellent teacher;
• Have experience with the British school system, values, and curriculum.
• Demonstrate excellent leadership potential and provide evidence of impact having good experience of the United Kingdom's OFSTED inspection.
• Be highly motivated with a successful track record of working with a wide range of staff, children, and families;
• Show a commitment to and enjoyment of education within and beyond the curriculum.
• Have a vision, creativity, drive, and enthusiasm to develop teachers in the school;
• Be able to communicate effectively and have a repertoire of interpersonal skills that motivate, lead, support, and challenge other colleagues; and
• Be committed to running the school based on a Christian ethos.
