Job Title: Executive Administrative Assistant

Job Description

• In this role, you will provide dedicated support to the Managing Partner and ensure all MP’s PR, relationship management, secretarial, and company wide administrative tasks are handled efficiently and effectively.
• You will also provide general administrative support to the entire Ventures Platform team in effectively carrying out their function.
• Also, as the Office Administrator, your role is crucial to the smooth running of the office space and you will be the central point of contact for everyone within and outside of Ventures Platform.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated strategic and administrative support to the office of the Managing partner including Calendar management, meeting preparations, preparing required correspondence; reports and action plans etc.
• Arrange all internal and external complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas for the company-wide team
• Provide company wide administrative support across all practices.
• Provide Office managerial support for the Ventures Platform space
• Support with project management for all company-wide events (Board meetings, Conferences,
• Seminars etc.) ensuring logistics and accommodation and other executive-related items are taken care of.
• Support the Executive Assistant to the Founding Partner as required.

• Relevant qualifications with experience.
