As a Business Developer in our company, you will play a key role in driving business growth and expanding our presence in the real estate market.
You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and enhancing client relationships. Additionally, you will handle select HR functions to support our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, and networking.
Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, including investors, property owners, developers, and other stakeholders.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create tailored proposals, presentations, and pitches to secure new business contracts.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and differentiation.
Strategic Partnerships:
Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with industry players, including real estate agents, brokers, financial institutions, and legal advisors.
Negotiate partnership agreements and joint ventures to leverage complementary strengths and resources for mutual benefit.
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as a primary point of contact for existing clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and service needs promptly and effectively.
Develop customized solutions and recommendations to meet clients' real estate objectives and maximize their satisfaction.
Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to existing clients.
HR Functions:
Assist with recruitment activities, including job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting candidate assessments.
Coordinate onboarding and orientation processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Support HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, updating HRIS systems, and assisting with payroll processing.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
Proven experience in business development, preferably within the real estate industry.
Strong network of contacts in the real estate sector and a track record of successful deal closures.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically, analyze market trends, and develop actionable business plans.
Familiarity with HR processes and willingness to undertake HR responsibilities as needed.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
