Responsibilities

• Craft and spearhead the implementation of holistic marketing strategies tailored to the nuances of the Nigerian travel consultancy industry, strategically positioning our services and solutions.
• Mentor, guide, and motivate a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative environment focused on achieving ambitious objectives.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to orchestrate integrated marketing campaigns that spotlight the unique value proposition of our travel consultancy services.
• Conduct thorough market analysis and research to unearth emerging travel trends, discern customer preferences, and glean competitive insights, translating discoveries into actionable marketing blueprints.
• Oversee and optimize various digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email campaigns, to propel engagement and conversions.
• Supervise the development of compelling marketing content and collateral, ensuring seamless alignment with brand identity and resonance with our target demographic.
• Analyze marketing performance data and metrics with precision, extracting invaluable insights to refine strategies, amplify ROI, and foster continuous enhancement.
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with industry partners, suppliers, and stakeholders to expand our network and augment marketing outreach within the Nigerian travel market.
• Stay abreast of the latest travel industry developments, technological advancements, and marketing trends to drive innovation and uphold our competitive edge.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; HND or OND preferred.
• Proven track record in marketing roles, with a pronounced focus on the travel or hospitality sector.
• Exceptional leadership and team management acumen, evidenced by a track record of empowering and inspiring marketing teams to achieve stellar outcomes.
• Profound familiarity with digital marketing strategies, encompassing SEO, SEM, social media, content creation, and email marketing, within the context of the Nigerian travel industry.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, including Google Analytics, and adeptness with marketing automation platforms.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with the ability to collaborate seamlessly across teams and articulate compelling marketing narratives.
• Creative flair with a keen eye for design and a penchant for crafting captivating marketing campaigns.
• Self-driven and proactive demeanor, characterized by a strong sense of ownership and a results-driven ethos.
• Passion for travel and an intimate understanding of the distinctive challenges and opportunities within the Nigerian travel consultancy industry.

Other Requirements:

• Previous marketing experience, particularly within the travel and tourism industry, accounting, insurance, or related fields.
• Proficiency in communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently to engage potential clients and maintain meticulous client data records.
• Proficient in both written and verbal English.
• Conversant with MS Office packages.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive under pressure, embrace challenges, and assume additional responsibilities with gusto.

Salary

• N80,000 - N100,000 per month.
