Job Description

• Brints Online School is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team.
• As a CSR, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive experience for students, parents, and staff members by providing excellent customer service and support.

Responsibilities

• Responding to Inquiries: Promptly and professionally respond to inquiries via email, chat, and phone regarding admissions, enrollment, courses, technical issues, billing inquiries, and other related matters.
• Assisting with Enrollment: Guide prospective students and parents through the enrollment process, providing information about available programs, admission requirements, and assisting with application submissions.
• Technical Support: Troubleshoot technical issues related to our online learning platform, providing step-by-step guidance to resolve problems and escalate issues to the technical team when necessary.
• Handling Complaints: Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner, striving to achieve a satisfactory resolution for all parties involved.
• Maintaining Records: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions using our CRM system.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as admissions, academic advising, finance, and IT to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.
• Providing Feedback: Gather feedback from customers and communicate insights to the management team to help improve our products and services.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product offerings to provide accurate information to customers.
• Adhering to Policies: Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer interactions, privacy, and data security at all times.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Education, Communication, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an educational or online learning environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong command of the English language.
• Empathy and patience in dealing with customers, with the ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve customer issues.
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours as needed to accommodate customer needs across different time zones.
