Job Title: Marketing Officer

Job Description

• We are looking for smart and resourceful individuals who will join our team to develop the business of the company.
• role requires someone who is self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Develop and manage marketing campaigns in alignment with business goals.
• Coordinate the creation of digital content and creatively handle various online marketing tools (e.g. website, blogs, press releases, etc.).
• Enhance the company’s online presence to boost brand awareness.
• Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability.
• Manage our social media accounts as well as other teams to coordinate our marketing, advertising, brand awareness and promotional activities.
• Generating revenue as regularly that will increase profitability.
• Acquire new clients (Attract prospects, Build Engagement, and Convert Opportunities/ Leads to Clients).
• Carry out other marketing activities that would be required to achieve the company’s Business Development objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma.
• Relevant professional qualification or certification is a plus
• Minimum of 3 years working experience in Marketing, Business Development, or a similar role.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Experience in Digital Marketing and with visual communication principles.
• Great networking and corporate marketing skills.
• Skilled in content management, social media marketing and other marketing channels.
• Excellent creative, analytical and project management skills.
• Ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong Interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Solid knowledge of market research techniques.
• Ability to identify business opportunities to drive growth and profitability.

• Great negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
