What You'll Do
Strategic Execution: This role requires transforming high-level, visionary ideas into meticulously detailed, actionable plans. The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate a proven ability to deconstruct complex objectives into structured projects, delineate tasks, and allocate resources efficiently. This involves:

  • Critical Analysis: Breaking down broad concepts into specific, measurable, actionable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) objectives.
  • Project Management Skills: Leveraging advanced project management techniques and tools to map out the entire scope of the project, identifying key milestones and dependencies.
  • Candidates with a strong foundation in strategic planning and project management, especially those who hold relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies), will be best suited to fulfill these responsibilities effectively.
  • Resource Allocation: This critical role involves the strategic deployment of resources and personnel to ensure optimal efficiency and project success. The candidate must demonstrate:

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business management, project execution, or a related field.
  • Candidates with project management certifications are preferred.

  • Resides in Lagos Island or is willing to relocate / commute to the Lekki office.

Contract Details

  • 3-month contract: This is initially a 3-month contract, with potential for extension based on performance and business needs.
  • Salary Range: N250,000 - N500,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
  • Accommodation:Optional accommodation available for the right candidate during the duration of the contract.
