Job Summary

• As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the Company and its products/services. You will lead a team of marketing professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in marketing, strong leadership skills, and a passion for driving growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives, including brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
• Brand Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and communications.
• Digital Marketing: Drive digital marketing initiatives, including website optimization, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media management, and online advertising campaigns.
• Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels, including blog posts, articles, videos, and social media posts.
• Campaign Management: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including online and offline channels, to drive awareness and engagement.
• Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights. Use data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to drive team performance and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing management
• Minimum of 5 years experience in sales, marketing or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and motivate teams.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, marketing automation platforms).
