Job Summary
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Training / Programs Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing innovative training programs that cater to the needs of our diverse community of entrepreneurs, startups, and professionals. They will play a key role in driving program enrollment, managing stakeholders, and ensuring the successful execution of ongoing programs.
Key Responsibilities
Design and Develop Training Programs:
Develop engaging and relevant training programs aimed at enhancing the skills and capacities of our community members.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify training needs and program objectives.
Create program outlines, curriculum, and learning materials to deliver high-quality training experiences.
Program Enrollment and Outreach
Develop strategies to attract and engage prospects for program enrollment.
Utilize various marketing channels and outreach efforts to promote training programs and drive sign-ups.
Build and maintain relationships with potential participants, partners, and relevant organizations to increase program visibility and participation.
Program Management and Execution
Oversee the end-to-end process of ongoing training programs, ensuring smooth execution and delivery.
Coordinate logistics, scheduling, and resources to support program activities.
Provide support and guidance to program participants, instructors, and facilitators throughout the duration of the program.
Monitor program progress, collect feedback, and implement improvements to enhance program effectiveness.
Stakeholder Management and Communication
Effectively communicate program objectives, requirements, and expectations to stakeholders, including participants, instructors, and partners.
Foster positive relationships with internal teams, external partners, and community members to ensure collaboration and alignment with program goals.
Serve as a point of contact for inquiries, feedback, and concerns related to training programs.
Other Responsibilities
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in human capacity development and training.
Contribute to the overall growth and success of the innovation hub through active participation in team meetings, events, and initiatives.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Education, Training and Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in program design, development, and management, preferably in a human capacity development or training institute.
Proven track record of designing and delivering successful training programs, workshops, or educational initiatives.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build relationships, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and work effectively in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Creative thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for driving innovation and learning.
