Job Title: DTF Machine Operator

Location: Gapiona Road GRA, Benin City, Edo

Job Description

• As a DTF (Direct-to-Film) Printing Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining DTF printing equipment to produce high-quality printed materials.
• Your primary focus will be on ensuring the efficient and accurate transfer of designs onto various substrates using DTF technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate DTF printing machinery according to established procedures and guidelines.
• Prepare and process substrates for printing, including pretreatment and heat pressing as necessary.
• Load designs into the printing software, adjust settings and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during the printing process.
• Monitor print quality and adjust to maintain consistency and accuracy throughout the production run.
• Perform routine maintenance on printing equipment, such as cleaning print heads and replacing consumable parts.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform minor repairs as needed to minimize downtime.
• Keep accurate records of production activities, including materials used, production rates, and any issues encountered.
• Collaborate with team members to prioritize and fulfill production orders within established deadlines.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure a clean, organized work environment at all times.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; technical training in printing or related field.
• Proven experience operating DTF printing equipment or similar digital printing machinery.
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues independently.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced production environment.
• Practical communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.
• Knowledge of basic computer operations and software applications relevanttoprinting.
• Proximity to Gapiona road GRA Benin City.
