Job Description

• This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Sales Representative.
• The Technical Sales Representative will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as prospecting new clients, conducting product demonstrations, preparing proposals, and closing sales deals.
• This is a hybrid role, and we are recruiting reps from each Nigerian city, but flexible remote work is also acceptable.
• As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, understanding their banking needs, and presenting tailored solutions using the Primus Suite platform.
• You will also collaborate with the sales and marketing teams, provide product demonstrations, and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Qualifications

• Domain knowledge: Proficiency in banking operations, digital banking, or fintech
• Technical skills: Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts
• Sales skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Relationship building: Experience in building and maintaining successful client relationships
• Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and market trends
• Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify client needs and propose solutions
• Self-motivated: Proven ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Flexibility: Open to travel and remote work
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Marketing or a related field

Salary
N150,000 monthly
