Overview

• We are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketer to join our team. As a Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our brand, products, and services.
• The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of digital marketing strategies, excellent communication skills, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the digital space.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Development:Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company objectives. This includes defining target audiences, selecting appropriate digital channels, setting campaign objectives, and determining key performance indicators (KPIs) for measurement.
• Content Creation:Create engaging and relevant content for various digital channels such as websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, and blogs. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content is consistent with brand messaging and values.
• Social Media Management:Manage and grow our presence on social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Develop content calendars, schedule posts, engage with followers, and analyze performance metrics to optimize social media campaigns.
• SEO and SEM:Implement search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic. Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and monitor rankings. Manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
• Email Marketing:Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive sales. Develop segmented email lists, create compelling email content, and analyze campaign performance to refine strategies.
• Analytics and Reporting:Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, social media analytics, and marketing automation platforms. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Collaboration and Communication:Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including sales, product development, and customer support to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to convey campaign progress, results, and upcoming initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1+ years relevant work experience.
• Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, techniques, and best practices.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and email marketing software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinker with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
