Overview

• As a Marketing Executive and Brand Manager, your role is pivotal in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through innovative marketing strategies and campaigns. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives to promote lottery products, increase brand awareness, and drive sales in a highly competitive market.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning and Execution:

• Develop comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote lottery products, including scratch cards, online lotteries, and draw games.
• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, and other relevant platforms to reach target audiences effectively.

Brand Management:

• Implement brand guidelines and ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials and communication channels.
• Develop strategies to enhance brand recognition and differentiate the company's offerings in the crowded lottery market.

Customer Acquisition and Retention:

• Identify target customer segments and develop strategies to attract new players to the lottery games.
• Implement customer retention programs, including loyalty schemes, promotions, and special offers, to increase player engagement and repeat participation.

Market Research and Analysis:

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, consumer preferences, and opportunities for growth.
• Use data analytics to track campaign performance, evaluate ROI, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.

Product Development Support:

• Collaborate with product development teams to provide market insights and feedback for the development of new lottery games and features.
• Work closely with creative teams to design compelling marketing materials and packaging for new products.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and guidelines governing the lottery industry.
• Stay updated on changes in regulations and adjust marketing strategies accordingly to maintain compliance.
• Partnership and Sponsorship Management:
• Identify partnership opportunities with relevant organizations, brands, and influencers to expand the reach of lottery products.
• Manage relationships with partners and sponsors, negotiating terms and ensuring mutual benefit for all parties involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in marketing, preferably within the gaming or lottery industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and SEO/SEM.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
