Job Description

• We are seeking well-seasoned experienced Real Estate Marketer with not Less than 3 years of experience to join our team.
• As a Marketer, you will be responsible for selling our landed properties and utilizing digital marketing strategies to drive sales and generate leads.
• The ideal candidate should have a strong background in real estate sales, with specific knowledge and experience, Responsibilities, Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities.
• Build and maintain a network of potential clients through proactive prospecting and networking activities.
• Present and demonstrate property features to potential buyers.
• Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to property handover.
• Negotiate and close sales, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction process.
• Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree, HND, NCE or OND qualification with 1+ year 'work experience. Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
• Must be computer literate and social media savvy.
• Must have experience in the real-estate industry.
• Have excellent interpersonal skills to maintain positive relationship with clients.
• Must be willing to work weekends if the need arises.
