Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth in the e-waste industry. The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, acquiring new clients, and maintaining relationships with existing clients to achieve company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the e-waste industry.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential clients, including electronics manufacturers, businesses, government agencies, and individuals.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the operations and technical teams to develop customized solutions for e-waste management, recycling, and disposal based on client needs.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets and deliver exceptional service to clients.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and generate reports to evaluate progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay informed about market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in the e-waste industry to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards governing the handling, transportation, and disposal of electronic waste.
• Educate clients about the importance of responsible e-waste management and promote the company's services through marketing campaigns and community outreach.
• Identify and pursue partnership opportunities with waste management companies, recycling facilities, and technology manufacturers to enhance service offerings and market reach.
• Continuously seek ways to improve sales processes, customer experiences, and operational efficiency within the sales department and across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field
• Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the waste management, recycling, or environmental services industry.
• Strong understanding of e-waste management practices, regulations, and market dynamics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
• Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainability principles.
• Ability to travel as needed.
