C & I Leasing Plc was incorporated in 1990 as a limited liability company and was subsequently licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) as a finance company, to provide amongst other services, operating and finance leases.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Van Sales Representative

Locations: Lagos (Iyana Ipaja, Fadeyi, Iddo, Sura, Obalende, Ikoyi, Epe, Ibeju Lekki, Ikorodu, Ketu, Badagry, Okokomaiko, Trade fair), Ogun (Ijebu Ode, Sango, Abeokuta), Oyo (Saki, Ibadan), Kwara (Lafia & Ofa).

Responsibilities

• Ensure the quantity of products loaded in sales van are in line with the approved loading pattern by client.
• Follow religiously the sales route plan as approved by RTC and B2C sales Heads and drive safely.
• Must sell to every retail outlet on the journey plan using the SFA handheld device only.
• Sell across the range of client Innovation and Rising Star products to each outlet according to the prescribed product assortment.
• Ensure 40% of outlets on routes covered have the full complement of the Master Stock List
• Check the stock position of client and competition in each outlet visited and sell.
• If the Retailer is not buying, must indicate the reason on the mobile SFA device.
• Responsible for merchandising - creating visibility for client products by deploying POS materials.
• Collect cash and ensure correctness before leaving the outlet.
• Report any incident (during transit or sales) on the mobile device.

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of OND qualification.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in Sales is required.
• Ability to read and write
• Possession of Valid Driver's Licenses and not learner's permit.
• Ability to drive and have knowledge ofroutes with a Valid Drivers Licence (This is very important).
