Job Description

• We are seeking a meticulous and strategic Finance Manager to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to support decision-making processes.
• The Finance Manager will play a crucial role in driving the financial health and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance department.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making by senior management.
• Forecast cash flow positions and funding requirements to meet the company's financial obligations.
• Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and operational needs.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify risks and opportunities and recommend actions to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
• Collaborate with other departments to support their financial needs and provide guidance on financial matters.
• Lead and mentor finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in finance and accounting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or ICAN preferred.
• Proven experience in a finance management role, preferably in [industry/sector].
• Strong understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
