Job Title: Social Media Manager

Location: Festac, Lagos

Job Summary
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing all social media platforms, creating engaging content, and enhancing brand visibility across digital channels. This individual will possess a diverse skill set encompassing photo editing, graphics design, video editing, and content creation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a content strategy across all social media platforms (WhatsApp Status, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reels, and Google accounts).
• Create compelling text, image, and video content tailored to each platform's audience.
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity.
• Design eye-catching graphics for posts, ads, and promotions.
• Edit photos to maintain brand aesthetics and enhance engagement.
• Produce and edit videos for various purposes, such as product showcases, tutorials, and brand storytelling.
• Optimize videos for each platform's specifications.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure regular posting and campaign schedules.
• Coordinate with other departments to align content with promotions, events, and product launches.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities.
• Analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights.
• Use data to optimize strategies and improve results.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
• Tailor content strategies for each platform's unique audience and features.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
• Attend management meetings to present social media strategies, results, and future plans.
• Report directly to the Marketing Director and HR Director.
• Handle other tasks assigned to you

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Proficiency in photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva).
• Strong graphic design skills with tools like Adobe Illustrator or similar.
• Video editing skills using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Excellent written communication skills for crafting engaging content.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their algorithms.

Salary
N50,000 - N70,000 per month.
