Job Summary
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth for our beverage products.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company goals and market trends. Identify target customer segments and develop strategies to reach them effectively.
• Manage and enhance the company's brand image through consistent messaging, creative campaigns, and impactful storytelling.
• Lead the planning and execution of new product launches, including market research, positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
• Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and website management. Analyze digital performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Coordinate traditional marketing activities such as advertising, sponsorships, events, and PR initiatives to amplify brand visibility and reach.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities, market trends, and customer preferences.
• Collaborate with sales, product development, and other teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts across the organization.
• Manage marketing budgets effectively, tracking expenses and demonstrating ROI for marketing investments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 7 years experience in marketing roles, preferably in the beverage or FMCG industry.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, market research techniques, and digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think creatively, innovate, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM software, Google Analytics, social media management tools).
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience in managing teams or projects.
